Please bring a clean (prewashed is best) WHITE t-shirt and a ziploc bag (to carry it home) with both labeled, for your swimmer to tie dye their own shirt. We will be letting a few swimmers make their shirt at a time so it will not interfere with practices. We will wear these shirts at our next HOME meet. |

We would like all swimmers to participate in this. This will help with pacing themselces and building endurance before Finals. 1 mile in our pool = 70 lenghts or 35 laps. This IS douable for all swimmers. |
