Evenings
Monday, Tuesday, & Thursday
6:00 PM - 7:45 PM
Swimmers will be split according to age and ability.
Practice Group 1: 7:00-7:45 AM, or 6:00-6:45 PM
Practice Group 2: 7:00-8:00 AM, or 6:00-7:00 PM
Practice Group 3: 7:00-8:30 AM, or 6:00-7:45 PM
All decisions regarding appropriate practice groups will be determined by the coach.
All practices are held at the Caroline Family YMCA. Practice will begin May 26, 2026. We recognize that not all of our swimmers will be from Caroline County. As a result, some swimmers may not be able to attend our regularly scheduled practice.
The first two weeks we will also have practices on Wednesday Morning and Evenings until meets start. On weeks when meets are not on Wednesday practice times will be adjusted.
