We will be hosting a mini-mock meet during Monday Evening Practice. Swimmers will swim a few races and relays. We encourage swimmers new to summer swim to attend Monday evening practice to get a feel of what it feels like to dive in and race.

Supplies and Equipment

Swimmer must bring a swimsuit, cap, goggles, towel, and a water bottle to every practice. The team will provide fins, pull buoys, and kickboards. If you have them you can bring them.

 After the first day swimmers will be split according to age and ability.

Practice Group 1: 7:00-7:45AM,or 6:00-6:45 PM

Practice Group 2: 7:00-8:00 AM, or 6:00-7:00 PM

Practice Group 3: 7:00-8:30 AM, or 6:00-7:45 PM

All decisions regarding appropriate practice groups will be determined by the coach.

All practices are held at the Caroline Family YMCA.

 Swimmers have the choice of either coming to the morning or the evenings. We recognize that not all of our swimmers will be from Caroline County. As a result, some swimmers may not be able to attend our regularly scheduled practice.please let a coach or the aquatic director know if there is an issue with the minimum requirements for swim meets.
