Hello Orca Families, 

What a great meet we had last night. The kids all swam so well. Their hard work is paying off. Thank you to everyone who stepped in and was flexible with us moving around volunteers. 

Next up our first home meet. Please make sure you declare by this Sunday June 22. We know its a busy season with vacations and all-star tournaments going on, but if there is a chance you can make it please declare that you are attending. It is much easier for us to scratch a swimmer then it is to add in a swimmer who can now attend a meet that wasn't declared. That being said if something comes up, like example a sick kid on the day of the meet and they can no longer attend, please communicate with myself, a coach, or Christina so that we can make adjustments.

Now being that this is a home meet, it is all hands on deck. If your swimmer is attending you must work the meet. Swim meets, as you have seen take a village to run. With this being a home meet we need to fill in all of our trained jobs along with all of thr required timers. We are hoping to keep the jobs how they are listed currently as split in halves but it may need to change depending on how many swimmers attend. Reminder, please finish trainings. Every family should have completed one so that we have lots of options for staffing our home meets. 

And last thing we are having an ice cream next Thursday, June 26. Please go into the app and rsvp who is attending and sign-up for a job to bring something please.
