We will be holding a mini mock meet during Monday Evening practice this week.  We will have the starter set-up so swimmers can get a feel for diving in for a race. We will also practice relays. Parents we will have you help with timing. We encourage all new swimmers to come to Monday evening practice. We hope to see you there. 

Also please let us know whether or not your swimmers will be attending Wednesday’s meet. Please go into the meet and select attending or not attending. Our warm-up’s are at 4:30 and swimmers should arrive at the pool after 4:00pm. This meet has the early 5:00pm start. Remember if your swimmer is participating, then you need to work the meet. If you do not declare for the meet, we will not enter them into this meet. Deadline to declare is Sunday at 11:30pm
