First day of Orca’s practice is tomorrow! May 27

First week of practice,
May 27- 30 we will be having practices morning and afternoon for the first week.
Mornings
Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday, & 7:00 AM - 8:30 AM
Evenings
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday 6:00 PM - 7:45 PM
Come Swim Ready!
Swimmer must bring a swimsuit, cap, goggles, towel, and a water bottle to every practice. The team will provide fins, pull buoys, and kickboards. If you have them you can bring them.
What to expect
Enter the pool area through the locker rooms or the front glass pool doors
Swimmers must be swim ready to enter the pool.
Arrive 10 minutes before practice.
Coaches will divide swimmers up by age and levels. They will be watch endurance, technique, and skills
After the first day swimmers will be split according to age and ability.
Practice Group 1: 7:00-7:45AM,or 6:00-6:45 PM
Practice Group 2: 7:00-8:00 AM, or 6:00-7:00 PM
Practice Group 3: 7:00-8:30 AM, or 6:00-7:45 PM
All decisions regarding appropriate practice groups will be determined by the coaches.
Swimmers have the choice of either coming to the morning or the evenings. We recognize that not all of our swimmers will be from Caroline County. As a result, some swimmers may not be able to attend our regularly scheduled practice.please let a coach or the aquatic director know if there is an issue with the minimum requirements for swim meets.
Parents
12 and under swimmers parents must be in the building.
9 and under swimmers parents must be on deck,.
There are bleachers and you can bring deck chairs to sit while you wait. Do not sit close to the pool for safety and do not plug electronics into the wall sockets.
