Set-up

• The visiting team is welcome to set up on the far side of the pool from the gate where you enter the pool area.
• Scoring takes place in the baby pool area. The clerk of course is marked by a large blue sign.

Parking

• We have tons of parking available in the field next to the pool.
• There are a limited number of handicap parking spots available up against the white fence.
• Please be sure to keep the gravel driveway clear in case of an emergency. We need to have room for emergency vehicles to reach the pool.

Concessions

• We will have concessions for sale during the meet.
• We take cash and credit for concessions sales.

Meet Prep Timeline

• 5 pm Arrive and check in at athlete-check-in
• 5:25 pm-5:50 pm - warm up (away)
• 5:30 pm – Officials meeting (Stroke & Turn and Referee)
• 5:40 - Timers meeting
• 5:55pm - National Anthem
• 6pm - meet begins

Please make sure you pack suits, goggles, caps, towels, dry clothes, water bottles, healthy snacks, camp chairs or small blankets, sunscreen and bug spray. We Will Be Outside! When the sun goes down, it may get chilly so you may want to bring extra jackets/hoodies/parkas and dry clothes for the ride home.

PLEASE USE SWIMTOPIA AND PRE-WRITE YOUR SWIMMERS EVENTS. HEAT & LANE will be available after meet has been seeded.
