Parents, 

Please make sure you read over the meet announcement from Lake of the Woods for our meet.  Please note our warm up times are at 5:10 pm.  That is earlier than usual.  We will need all swimmers meet ready and at our check in area by 4:30 pm.  Attached you will see the following files:  Meet Announcment from LOW, Athlete Check In, Prelim Heat Sheet, and Volunteer Assignments.  Please DO NOT write your swimmers' heat or lane on them until after they are finished with warm ups.  

Eat a healthy breakfast, lunch, and pack healthy snacks for during the meet, or feel free to visit their concessions area.  Make sure your swimmer has extra meet supplies, you can never be over prepared!
