Good Morning,

Wednesday's meet is at Lake Wilderness.  Please plan to arrive early and check in at 4:45.  Warm ups are at 5:25.  Meet starts at 6:00.  

Volunteer information is attached as well.

Parking - is limited - see drop off/pick up area in the loop at the clubhouse (dark purple line in diagrams) - pull in parking (not parallel) on the grass is the most effective use of space and goes all the way back to the beach parking lot (see yellow stripes for areas on diagram) - there is also additional parking down by the maintenance building (past the pool) - there is a parking monitor in the loop that can assist if needed.

Speeding – the neighborhood security will have speed traps set up so please ask your team to watch their speed – it’s 25 mph but drops down to 15 mph as you approach the pool.

Concessions - we will have two food trucks out by the drop off/pick up loop (see green lines on diagram)

Meet Prep Timeline

• 4pm - pool closes/set up begins
• 5pm-5:25pm - warm up (home)
• 5:25pm-5:50pm - warm up (away)
• 5:30pm – (1) stroke & turn and (2) timer meeting (near clerk of course)
• 5:55pm - National Anthem
• 6pm - meet begins
